Dr. Ashley Lamm David grew up in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School. She completed her bachelor's degree in biology from The University of Texas at Austin with university honors and then graduated with honors from The University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. David is a board certified therapeutic optometrist and ocular glaucoma specialist. She completed internship rotations in ocular disease, glaucoma, neurology, pediatrics, contact lens, general optometry and retinal disease. She came into practice in San Angelo in 2007 and is currently on the board of directors for the West Texas Rehabilitation Center, president of The Rolling Plains Optometric Society and an active member of The Texas Optometric Association and The American Optometric Association. Dr. David is also a mother to two boys, Owen and Gavin.
